"No, son, we can't fo that. This alcholoh has been confiscated and must now be destroyed." OK, and then when the liquids on flights ban took effect- suddenly you have millions- if not a billion dollars- worth of profucts being dicarded, everything from fiji water to a 8 dollar bottle of contact lens solution to expensive make-up. nuts. Anyhow, it just seems like this wasteful underbelly... could use some structure... I mean, there are people in the world who have never even SEEN fancy liquid eyeliner much less have the chance to just give it up when asked/forced to...
