i, and many other people, are still trying to find out how people ride bikes without brakes in san francisco. some say it is a lifestyle. unless someone convinces me otherwise, i think it is dumb.

i found this, which begs the question - shouldn't you at least have a brake that allows you to spin around if not stop?
